These terms are an agreement between you and Vim Digital Oy(Business ID 3186318-3, VAT FI31863183), a company registered in Helsinki, Finland (“Postapop”, “we”, “us”). They govern your use of the Postapop service at postapop.com and studio.postapop.com. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
Questions? Write to us at hello@postapop.com.
1. The service
Postapop is a tool to plan, write, and publish social media content. It includes a content calendar, a writing editor with AI assistance, publishing to social platforms you connect, performance insights based on data those platforms report, and a place to read and answer the messages and comments people send to the channels you connect.
We improve the service continuously. Features may change, be added, or be removed. If we discontinue the service or a material part of it, we will give you reasonable advance notice where we can, so you can export your content.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must give accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away at hello@postapop.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
- If you use Postapop for an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
3. Fees
- Use of the service requires a paid plan, as described on our pricing page at the time you subscribe. Prices and what each plan includes are always shown before you are charged.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for.
- We may change prices or plans. Changes apply from your next billing period, and we will notify you before they take effect.
- Prices are shown with or without VAT as indicated; applicable taxes are determined by your location.
- Except where the law requires otherwise, fees already paid are not refunded. If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep your statutory rights, including the 14-day right of withdrawal where it applies.
4. Your content
Everything you create, upload, or import into Postapop — posts, drafts, media, notes, sources — is yours. We claim no ownership of it.
So that the service can work, you give us a limited license to host, store, process, display, and transmit your content, solely to operate and provide the service — for example to save your drafts, generate AI suggestions you ask for, and deliver your posts to the platforms you connect. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies in routine backups, which are deleted on their normal schedule.
You are solely responsible for your content. You confirm that:
- you own your content or have all rights needed to use and publish it;
- your content and your use of the service comply with applicable law and with the rules of each platform you publish to;
- your content does not infringe anyone's rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, and publicity rights.
What you publish through Postapop is published by you, in your name, on your platform accounts. We are not the publisher of your content and we do not review it before it goes out.
5. AI features
Postapop can draft and suggest content using artificial intelligence. AI output is a starting point, not a finished product:
- AI suggestions may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to content generated for others. We do not warrant their accuracy, originality, or fitness for any purpose.
- You must review AI output before you publish it. Whatever you publish is your content under section 4, however it was drafted.
6. Connected platforms and third-party services
Postapop connects to third-party services at your direction — social platforms you publish to (such as Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, and Bluesky) and design tools you link (such as Canva).
- When you connect an account, you authorize Postapop to act on your behalf on that platform — for example to publish your posts and read performance data — within the access you grant. You can revoke access at any time in Postapop or on the platform.
- Each platform has its own terms and policies, and they bind you when you use it through Postapop. In particular, if you connect YouTube, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. If you connect Canva, your use of Canva content is governed by Canva's own terms.
- We do not control third-party platforms. They may change or revoke API access, reject or remove content, limit or suspend accounts, or change how they report data. We are not responsible for their acts, omissions, availability, or data handling.
- Facebook, Instagram and Threads are provided by Meta. When you use Postapop with them, Meta's own terms and policies apply to you, and we use the data Meta gives us only as described in our Privacy Policy — to run the service for you, and never to sell, to advertise, or to train AI models.
7. Conversations on your channels
If you use Postapop to read and answer messages and comments, the people who wrote them are not Postapop users. They contacted your business, not us.
- Those conversations belong to your business. You decide why you keep them and what you do with them; we hold and process them only to give you the service, on your instructions.
- You are responsible for answering lawfully — for honouring the promises in your own privacy notice, for replying within the windows each platform allows, and for handling any request a person makes about their own data. Tell us and we will help you carry it out.
- You must not use the inbox to send unsolicited marketing, to automate messages in a way a platform forbids, or to collect personal data for a purpose the person would not expect.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use Postapop to:
- break the law or help anyone else break it;
- publish content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, deceptive, or harassing;
- send spam or engage in coordinated inauthentic behaviour, or otherwise violate the rules of a connected platform;
- upload malware, probe or breach our security, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure;
- access the service by automated means outside its intended interfaces, or resell it without our written permission.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that we reasonably believe violate this section.
9. Our intellectual property
The service — its software, design, and brand — belongs to Vim Digital Oy and its licensors. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it under these terms. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.
10. Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Term and termination
- You can stop using Postapop and delete your account at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, if the law requires it, or if we discontinue the service. Unless the breach is serious or the law prevents it, we will notify you and give you a chance to remedy first.
- After termination, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive — including sections 4 (your responsibility), 12, 13, and 14 — do survive.
12. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that posts will always publish on schedule — publishing depends on third-party platforms outside our control. Keep your own copies of content that matters to you.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;
- we are not liable for your content, for what you publish, or for actions taken by third-party platforms;
- our total aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or 100 euros if you have paid nothing.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law — including liability for intent or gross negligence, and the statutory rights of consumers.
14. Indemnification
If you use Postapop in business, you will defend and indemnify Vim Digital Oy against third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your content, your use of the service in breach of these terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For material changes we will give you notice — in the service or by email — at least 14 days before they take effect. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply. If you do not accept them, stop using the service and delete your account.
16. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are resolved by the District Court of Helsinki. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory law of your country of residence, and you may also refer a dispute to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi) or use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
17. General
If a provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These terms are the entire agreement between us about the service.
